UBUZIMA BWO MU MUTWE : INDWARA YO KURIBWA N'UMUTWE UDAKIRA

Umutwe udakira “migraine” ni indwara irangwa no kuribwa n’umutwe bikomeye, bigenda bigaruka, n’ibindi bimenyetso bishamikiyeho.  Mbere yo kuribwa n’umutwe, habaho ibimenyetso byo guhindagurika mu myakura yumva “sensory changes”.

  • N’izindi mpamvu zitandukanye zishobora kuba intandaro: Kunaniza umubiri bikabije, kubura ibitotsi, kurega urutugu cynagwa ijosi bikabije kandi igihe kirekire, kwicara/kuryama mu buryo buvunanye, kubura isukari mu maraso, amafunguro atubahiriza igihe, kubura amazi mu mubiri.

Umurwayi akwiriye kwihutira kureba umuganga mu gihe:

i. Yumvise umutwe umwashije, uburibwe bugakomeza kugenda bwiyongera.

ii. Ibimenyetso by’uburwayi birushaho gukara.
